We advise employers on the preparation of sample or individual work agreements, managerial agreements, and internal company regulations in the field of labor law (particularly staff regulations, internal rules preventing discrimination at work, registry regulations, safety projects, health and safety at work policies and in-house measures against money laundering). Employers may count on our help with employment termination and collective redundancies, allocating and transferring staff, implementing transparency and equal pay measures, and collective bargaining. We have provided hours of counseling and issued several legal opinions on liability in employment relationships, health and safety at work, and compliance with anti-discrimination rules.

An integral part of our work is providing advice to and representing employers and employees during communication with labor inspectorates and other public administrative authorities supervising compliance with labor legislation.

We have successfully represented our clients –employers and employees – in labor disputes before the courts of first or second instance and even before the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic. We have often settled disputes out of court by agreement between parties.

We also offer our services to trade unions.
