Krivak & Co

Martin Krivák

AN ATTORNEY AND THE FOUNDER

I have been practicing law since 1990. In 1996 I became an attorney and founded Krivak & Co.

I completed foreign internships at Radcliff College London, King's College London, Cambridge, The London School Of Economics and Political Science. While working for Arthur Andersen, I was a legal lecturer in the Netherlands and in the USA and I also lectured at numerous international conferences and symposia.

As a lawyer, I had the honour of being involved in some major projects. I was involved in the debt clearing of the Slovak banking sector, the privatization of Slovak banks and the settlement of Slovak government receivables in other countries. I have also acted as an adviser to Boards of Directors of large companies, helping them to make some key decisions. I have represented the Slovak state in courts in several strategic lawsuits.

I am a certified mediator and I consider myself an excellent negotiator.

I represent Krivak & Co externally and I'm involved in making key decisions for the firm. I am available to assess the more complex cases and to find solutions to seemingly insolvable issues. I advise and help my clients and colleagues in their decision making.
