STUDENT OF THE FACULTY OF LAW AT COMENIUS UNIVERSITY

I am a student in the last year of the master’s program at the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava (Slovakia). During my studies, I have taken a number of clinical legal education courses, e.g., in public procurement, competition law, and simulated litigation, and in my work as a paralegal, I have benefitted a lot from this experience.

I have been a member of the team at Krivak & Co. since 2020. During my studies, in my current work position, I have primarily focused on administrative law, especially administrative punishment and administrative litigation, and on issues related to both public procurement and fundamental rights.

My greatest strengths are logical thinking, technical competence, and the ability to understand problems in depth, which helps me identify the most effective and rational solutions.
