Re\u0161pektoval moje predkupn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo a poslal mi ponuku, v\u00a0ktorej spoluvlastn\u00edcky podiel \u0161pecifikoval, uviedol cenu a\u00a0lehotu, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci ktorej sa m\u00e1m vyjadri\u0165. V\u00a0ur\u010denej lehote som ponuku prijal a spoluvlastn\u00edk mi poslal k\u00fapnu zmluvu na podpis. V\u00a0k\u00fapnej zmluve sa v\u0161ak objavilo vecn\u00e9 bremeno, ktor\u00e9 som mal spolu s\u00a0nadobudnut\u00edm spoluvlastn\u00edckeho podielu k\u00a0pozemku zriadi\u0165 v\u00a0prospech tretej osoby.
