Konanie sa pod\u013ea novely za\u010d\u00edna na n\u00e1vrh opr\u00e1vnen\u00e9ho, teda toho, <strong>kto o\u00a0sebe tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee vydr\u017ean\u00edm nadobudol<\/strong> vlastn\u00edcke pr\u00e1vo k nehnute\u013enosti alebo pr\u00e1vo zodpovedaj\u00face vecn\u00e9mu bremenu.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>N\u00e1vrh na za\u010datie konania<\/strong> o potvrden\u00ed vydr\u017eania mus\u00ed obsahova\u0165 okrem v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch n\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed podania op\u00edsanie skuto\u010dnost\u00ed, z ktor\u00fdch vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee <strong>navrhovate\u013e splnil predpoklady pre nadobudnutie vlastn\u00edckeho pr\u00e1va<\/strong> k nehnute\u013enosti alebo pr\u00e1va zodpovedaj\u00faceho <strong>vecn\u00e9mu bremenu vydr\u017ean\u00edm<\/strong>, ozna\u010denie nehnute\u013enosti pod\u013ea \u00fadajov z katastra nehnute\u013enost\u00ed a ozna\u010denie <strong>d\u0148a, kedy navrhovate\u013e nadobudol<\/strong> vlastn\u00edcke pr\u00e1vo k nehnute\u013enosti alebo pr\u00e1vo zodpovedaj\u00face vecn\u00e9mu bremenu vydr\u017ean\u00edm.
