V\u0161etky zmeny v\u00a0pracovnopr\u00e1vnych vz\u0165ahoch je v\u0161ak potrebn\u00e9 uskuto\u010dni\u0165 v\u00a0s\u00falade so z\u00e1konom. Bolo preto nevyhnutn\u00e9 prija\u0165 z\u00e1kon, ktor\u00fdm mo\u017eno zmeny \u00fa\u010dinne realizova\u0165.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slov-lex.sk\/pravne-predpisy\/SK\/ZZ\/2020\/66\/20200404.html\"><strong>Novelou \u010d. 66\/2020 Z. z. Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce<\/strong><\/a> sa doplnilo <strong>nov\u00e9 ustanovenie \u00a7 250b<\/strong> <strong>uplat\u0148uj\u00face sa v\u00a0\u010dase mimoriadnej situ\u00e1cie, n\u00fadzov\u00e9ho alebo v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9ho stavu<\/strong>. Po\u010das tohto stavu a\u00a0nasleduj\u00facich 2 mesiacov po jeho odvolan\u00ed platia nasledovn\u00e9 zmeny Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>i ) po\u010das platnosti opatren\u00ed nariaden\u00fdch pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi za \u00fa\u010delom ochrany verejn\u00e9ho zdravia, <strong>s\u00fa zamestn\u00e1vatelia opr\u00e1vnen\u00ed nariadi\u0165 pr\u00e1cu z\u00a0dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong>, ak to dohodnut\u00fd druh pr\u00e1ce umo\u017e\u0148uje. Na druhej strane, <strong>zamestnanci maj\u00fa pr\u00e1vo na vykon\u00e1vanie pr\u00e1ce zo svojej dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong>, ak ide o\u00a0mo\u017en\u00fd v\u00fdkon dohodnutej pr\u00e1ce a na strane zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea nie s\u00fa v\u00e1\u017ene prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 d\u00f4vody, ktor\u00e9 neumo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce z\u00a0domu;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>ii) umo\u017enila sa <strong>zmena rozvrhu pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu<\/strong> s\u00a0povinnos\u0165ou ozn\u00e1menia zamestnancom <strong>najmenej 2 dni vopred<\/strong>, namiesto p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch 7 dn\u00ed, a s\u00a0platnos\u0165ou najmenej na t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>iii) zamestn\u00e1vatelia <strong>m\u00f4\u017eu nariadi\u0165 povinn\u00e9 \u010derpanie dovolenky najmenej 7 dn\u00ed vopred<\/strong> a <strong>najmenej 2 dni vopred<\/strong>, ak ide o\u00a0nevy\u010derpan\u00fa dovolenku pod\u013ea \u00a7 113 ods. 2 Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>iv) zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e je povinn\u00fd <strong>ospravedlni\u0165 nepr\u00edtomnos\u0165 zamestnanca po\u010das karant\u00e9nneho opatrenia alebo nariadenej izol\u00e1cie<\/strong>. Zamestnanec nem\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu mzdy, ale m\u00e1 <strong>n\u00e1rok na o\u0161etrovn\u00e9 alebo nemocensk\u00e9;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>v) zamestnanec m\u00e1 <strong>n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu mzdy vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 80 % jeho priemern\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku, najmenej minim\u00e1lnu mzdu<\/strong>, ak nastalo zastavenie alebo obmedzenie \u010dinnosti zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea v\u00a0s\u00favislosti so zamedzen\u00edm \u0161\u00edrenia ochorenia COVID \u2013 19.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Vl\u00e1da podporila <strong>zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed nem\u00f4\u017eu pracova\u0165 z\u00a0domu, a\u00a0nezamestnan\u00fdch<\/strong> <strong>postupn\u00fdmi novelami <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slov-lex.sk\/pravne-predpisy\/SK\/ZZ\/2003\/461\/\"><strong>z\u00e1kona \u010d. 461\/2003 Z. z. o\u00a0soci\u00e1lnom poisten\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slov-lex.sk\/pravne-predpisy\/SK\/ZZ\/2020\/63\/20200327.html\"><strong>Z\u00e1konom \u010d. 63\/2020 z. z.<\/strong><\/a> sa osoby nach\u00e1dzaj\u00face <strong>v\u00a0nariadenej karant\u00e9ne<\/strong> alebo <strong>izol\u00e1ci\u00ed pova\u017euj\u00fa za pracovne neschopn\u00e9<\/strong>. Zamestnanec m\u00e1 vtedy <strong>n\u00e1rok na nemocensk\u00e9<\/strong> zo Soci\u00e1lnej pois\u0165ovne <strong>vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 55 % denn\u00e9ho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu od prv\u00e9ho d\u0148a a\u017e do skon\u010denia do\u010dasnej PN<\/strong>. \u010ealej boli doplnen\u00e9 prechodn\u00e9 ustanovenia <strong>\u00a7 293er <\/strong>a<strong> \u00a7 293es <\/strong>z\u00e1kona o\u00a0soci\u00e1lnom poisten\u00ed, ktor\u00fdm sa <strong>ur\u010duj\u00fa presn\u00e9 podmienky vzniku n\u00e1roku na nemocensk\u00e9 alebo o\u0161etrovn\u00e9 platn\u00e9 v\u00a0\u010dase n\u00fadzov\u00e9ho stavu<\/strong>. N\u00e1rok na o\u0161etrovn\u00e9 za starostlivos\u0165 o\u00a0die\u0165a pod\u013ea \u00a7 39 ods. 1 p\u00edsm. b) z\u00e1kona o\u00a0soci\u00e1lnom poisten\u00ed <strong>bol roz\u0161\u00edren\u00fd na deti, ktor\u00e9 dosiahli jeden\u00e1sty rok<\/strong>, namiesto p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch desa\u0165 rokov. <strong>Ako si po\u017eiada\u0165 o\u00a0jednotliv\u00e9 d\u00e1vky<\/strong> je podrobne vysvetlen\u00e9 na webovej str\u00e1nke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socpoist.sk\/\"><strong>Soci\u00e1lnej pois\u0165ovne<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slov-lex.sk\/pravne-predpisy\/SK\/ZZ\/2020\/66\/20200404.html\"><strong>Z\u00e1konom \u010d. 66\/2020 Z. z.<\/strong><\/a> bolo v\u00a0zmysle \u00a7 293eu <strong>pred\u013a\u017een\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>podporn\u00e9 obdobie v\u00a0nezamestnanosti o\u00a01 mesiac<\/strong> a\u00a0ustanoven\u00edm \u00a7 293ev bol upraven\u00fd n\u00e1rok na o\u0161etrovn\u00e9 osob\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 sa staraj\u00fa o\u00a0die\u0165a.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slov-lex.sk\/pravne-predpisy\/SK\/ZZ\/2020\/68\/20200406.html\"><strong>Z\u00e1konom \u010d. 68\/2020 Z. z.<\/strong><\/a> pod\u013ea \u00a7 293ew do\u0161lo k\u00a0<strong>pred\u013a\u017eeniu splatnosti poistn\u00e9ho<\/strong> pre zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, zamestnanca a SZ\u010cO <strong>za marec 2020<\/strong> <strong>do 31.07.2020<\/strong> pri splnen\u00ed podmienok <strong>poklesu pr\u00edjmu o\u00a0viac ako 40 %<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 bli\u017e\u0161ie upravuje podmienky platenia poisten\u00e9ho a\u00a0vr\u00e1tenia u\u017e prijat\u00fdch d\u00e1vok.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slov-lex.sk\/pravne-predpisy\/SK\/ZZ\/2020\/95\/20200425.html\"><strong>Z\u00e1konom \u010d. 95\/2020 Z. z.<\/strong><\/a> pod\u013ea \u00a7 293ex do\u0161lo k<strong>\u00a0odpusteniu platenia poistn\u00e9ho<\/strong> za zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, zamestnanca a\u00a0SZ\u010cO za apr\u00edl 2020, ak bola uzatvoren\u00e1 prev\u00e1dzka najmenej 15 dn\u00ed na z\u00e1klade prevent\u00edvneho opatrenia.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aj na\u0161i klienti \u2013 zamestn\u00e1vatelia, sa na n\u00e1s obr\u00e1tili s\u00a0viacer\u00fdmi ot\u00e1zkami.
