LAWYER WITH EXPERIENCE FROM THE BANKING SECTOR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava. In 2016, I passed the bar exams.<\/p>\n

After completing my studies, I ventured into the realm of advocacy. As a trainee lawyer, I dedicated my efforts predominantly to commercial law, civil law, consumer law, labor law, and intellectual property law. In just the first three years of my legal practice, I had the opportunity to participate in around a hundred court hearings spanning the entirety of the Slovak Republic. My enthusiasm for advocating for clients in both courtrooms and interactions with public administration bodies has become my true calling.<\/p>\n

Upon successfully passing the bar exams, my path led me to a deeper exploration of the banking field. I assumed the role of a lawyer in the legal departments of Prima banka Slovensko for nearly two years, followed by extensive tenure at J&T Banka, spanning more than four years. Throughout this period, my responsibilities encompassed a wide array of legal matters, such as litigation, labor law, corporate financing, securities law, investment services, banking regulations, and the holistic resolution of any legal issues arising during the operation of banks.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Nevertheless, I was drawn back to the legal profession due to its multifaceted and ever-evolving nature. At present, alongside the previously mentioned fields, I am actively engaged in media law, sports law, and matters related to human rights.<\/p>\n

Since the beginning of 2023, I've been an integral part of Krivak & Co., and I regard my strengths as including a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes, proficiency in legal argumentation, persuasiveness, the ability to maintain my composure in challenging and high-stress situations, a client-centered approach, and unwavering professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
